About Vendro Construction

Vendro Construction is the partner company which undertakes the construction on behalf of Rass Holdings. In addition to providing services for a broad range of clients, Vendro services include, but are not limited to:

• Property Advisory services;
• Obtaining Plans/Permits as required;
• Construction of single/multi-unit Developments

George has over 20 years of experience in property development and construction projects. His business acumen combined with his knowledge of the property industry has contributed to the success and growth of Rass Holdings.

David Roumeliotis, CEO Vendro Construction

David has over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction of both commercial and domestic building projects. He currently holds a Commercial/Domestic Builders Licence and is a qualified trade carpenter. As a result, David has undertaken many leadership roles with some of Melbourne’s most renowned building companies.
